230kWh High-Voltage Rack Energy Storage System Deployed for Factory in Malaysia
Project Background
With the continuous growth of the manufacturing industry in Malaysia, factory power demand has increased steadily, while electricity costs and requirements for power supply stability have risen. The customer aimed to optimize its energy structure by introducing an advanced energy storage system, ensuring production continuity while improving overall energy efficiency.
Project Overview
This project adopts the Essis 230kWh high-voltage rack energy storage system, based on a 115kWh single-cluster modular architecture, with dual-cluster parallel configuration to achieve flexible capacity expansion.
The system is equipped with an efficient air-cooling thermal management design, enabling stable long-term operation under Malaysia’s high-temperature and high-humidity conditions, and providing reliable power support for factory operations.

Technical Highlights
This project incorporates multiple optimized system-level designs:
High-voltage rack-mounted system architecture, improving energy density and installation efficiency
Intelligent BMS management system, enabling real-time monitoring and dynamic cell balancing
Efficient air-cooling thermal management, enhancing environmental adaptability and operational stability
Modular parallel design, supporting flexible scalability and rapid deployment
These design features significantly enhance overall system stability, safety, and ease of maintenance.
