Romania 6 kW + 16 kWh

This energy storage system was installed at a family home in Romania.

For this family, solar energy is not a complex technical concept, but part of everyday life. During the day, sunlight reaches the rooftop while household appliances continue to operate. In the evening, family members and friends gather in the garden to prepare a barbecue.

The customer wanted to store the surplus solar energy generated during the day, allowing the household to continue using its own clean energy after sunset.

A residential energy storage system consisting of a 6 kW hybrid inverter and a 16 kWh battery therefore became an energy partner connecting sunlight with everyday life.

ESSIS provided the home with:

• SUN-6K-H3 6 kW hybrid inverter

• Powerbox16.0 16 kWh energy storage battery

The SUN-6K-H3 coordinates the PV system, battery, grid and household loads. The Powerbox16.0 acts as a home energy reserve, storing the energy generated during the day until it is truly needed.

Its IP66 protection rating provides an additional layer of protection for the home energy system.

Once the system was put into operation, the customer could make full use of the solar energy generated during the day and extend its use into the evening and nighttime.

For the customer, the value of an energy storage system is not limited to the equipment mounted on the wall or a list of technical specifications. It means having more reliable energy support whenever the lights are switched on, household appliances are used, or an evening is shared with family and friends.

After completing the system installation, we joined the customer and our local partners for a barbecue in the garden. The charcoal fire, delicious food and relaxed conversations made this project especially memorable. The installation was complete, but our cooperation did not end there. Instead, it marked the beginning of mutual trust.
