Recently, the ESSIS team met with local installers and customers in Romania for face-to-face discussions. By visiting real projects and discussing product applications directly with users, ESSIS gained a clearer understanding of the needs, experiences, and challenges encountered by installers and customers in real-world applications.

During the meetings, the ESSIS team discussed the practical application of energy storage and inverter products, installation and operation, as well as project requirements. Compared with online communication, face-to-face meetings allow both sides to exchange information more directly and give ESSIS a better understanding of what local installers and customers are actually looking for.
